Ways To Prepare for the elevation
Greetings Everyone,
We are about to embark on the most beautiful part of ancestor veneration, which is ancestor elevation. There are ancestors on this planet ready to be of service. They just need one person in the bloodline to say . . . I hear you, I see you, I understand, and I love you no matter what. To forgive and love unconditionally is the greatest gift we can offer to those we love.
But make no mistake, this will be healing for us as well. When we elevate ancestors, we elevate ourselves and things will begin to come up within us that need healing. In addition, some ancestors and spirits do not want to see humanity progress. So they are watching us as well and we need to protect ourselves.
To protect and prepare us for this intense journey, please do the following:
God (Universe), hear me and answer me. You know I am troubled by thoughts and feelings of anger, fear resentment, and bitterness. You also know why. And You know how deep the hurt goes and how long I have lived with it. But I don’t want to live with it any longer. I don’t want to be a container for these emotions. With Your help, I release my anger to you. I surrender my resentment to you. I let go of my bitterness. Help me to keep letting go and release these toxic emotions as often as they try to return.

- Start working with your elevated ancestors tonight to ask for clarity, assistance, and guidance. I'll be going over a ritual tonight on the final day of the ancestor series that can help us.
- Create a spray or spiritually bathe in the herbs that you chose from the checklist Saturday or Sunday morning.
- To make a spray you can simmer the herbs on the stove
- Let them cool naturally
- Strain the herbs and add them to a spray bottle

- If you do not have egg allergies, cover your entire body with Cascarilla powder every night before you go to bed starting as soon as you have the cascarilla powder. I have been doing this all week since I am guiding you and will usher any ancestor ready to elevate, not just my own. If you do have egg allergies. Grind your herbs into a powder and do the same thing with the herbs.
- Refrain from ANY ARGUING this weekend and throughout the ceremony. Negative entities work by affecting our moods. If you feel yourself vibrating low, go to your breath, bring yourself back to center and say the below prayer. I have included a card for you to use as your phone screensaver. You can also print the card and keep it on you. If we are going to be the elevators, we cannot succumb to the emotions that keep our loved ones earthbound.
- Other than that, try to do something fun and uplifting, and get lots of rest!
