Most people simply are not in touch with their emotions. And many don't know how to deal with emotions, so we numb ourselves and build walls that prevent or minimize FEELING. Emotional awareness is the most challenging part of the integration process because the West devalues emotions. Your emotions are the navigational tool of life. When we don't understand the mechanics of how to flow through FEELING, we introduce many forms of lower vibrational emotions that will keep you from the life you desire.

Thought Awareness

Everything starts with your consciousness. By working on thought awareness you can become more in tune with the voices in your head that are guiding you. Your spirit team is vast and they all communicate with you using telepathy.
