Below you will find a workbook. We will be using this during our session so please have it printed or available! 
How to Prepare: 
  • They are always present even if you have never connected with your ancestors! Spend time asking them for signs and what you may want to hear from them. A reflection page in the workbook can assist you with formulating your thoughts.
  • Be at your altar if you have one set up.
  • If you don’t, have a small bowl of water, a bowl of dirt, and a small tea-light candle.
  • Glass or cup of water
  • Be in a comfortable place where you will be undisturbed.
  • Have your printed workbook or a journal with you.
  • Come with an open mind.
