Phase I is connected to discovering your gift and then working with you to clear any trauma, negative self-talk, and energy debris that may stand in the way of you accepting and enhancing your gifts. I do this by telepathically connecting to your ancestors and higher self over a period of 90 days to develop the habits for you to overcome your lack of confidence and disbelief.

So you have special senses! What Now?

After 90 days of intensive self-work, we have worked together to put you on the path to developing the habits to trust your gift, protect your energy, and maintain emotional balance. Now it's time to delve into the spirit world and begin learning the rituals and tactics that put you in the best state to expand your abilities. Most frequently, we develop psychic abilities during childhood. In most cases, these gifts are passed down through your ancestors. But in most cases our caretakers made us feel unsafe to express our gifts. As we mature, we are told to stop being so sensitive, that ghosts aren’t real, and that pain is always physical. Through this conditioning, we start to believe that emotions and intuition are not valuable and should be suppressed. We then ridicule Clair sensitive people and accept the physical realm as the full extent of reality.

Phase 2 is a 6-month intensive program that includes 1:1's, Group Workshops, and Self-Paced Coursework, and weekly exercises so that you can learn and practice the techniques necessary to become a powerful empath, psychic, or intuitive.

In this 90 Day Coaching program I teach you the practical steps and knowledge to become a powerful and successful Spiritual Life coach. We reinforce your process for developing elemental aspects of the self to bring you into balance and use this process to lead clients into lasting transformations.
